Where that lands hardest
Logistics, mostly. Houston moves freight for a living, and 3PLs, brokers, warehouses, and distributors are full of systems that were never designed to talk to each other — a WMS from one decade, a TMS from another, an ERP nobody wants to touch, and a dozen trading partners each demanding files their own way.
So we built a practice around it: 3PL and warehouse software, B2B EDI integration, carrier integration, and a 3PL reporting layer that turns the data those systems trade into answers — all built the same incremental way we approach any legacy system.

The languages under all of it
A modernization is usually two languages at once: the one the system was written in and the one it's moving to. On the modern side that means Python, TypeScript and JavaScript, Go, Rust, Java, C#, C++, Swift, and the SQL under nearly every system we touch — chosen for what you run and can hire for, not fashion. On the reading side we take the codebases most shops turn down: COBOL and Fortran still earning their keep, Ada and SPARK from safety-critical work, and the less common stacks — Erlang and Elixir, Scala, Clojure, F#, Julia, Zig — that arrive when a specialist team moves on.
Veterans start here with an advantage
Texas is home to one of the largest veteran populations in the country, and it backs that up in law: a new business owned entirely by honorably discharged veterans pays no state formation fee and no franchise tax for its first five years. We've made claiming that part of the practice — the Texas Veterans Commission letter, the Comptroller's certification, the formation filed with both attached — so the benefit actually lands, and the business gets online in accounts the owner keeps. We're based in Houston and work on-site across Houston, The Woodlands, Conroe, Sugar Land, Katy, Pearland, and the Greater Houston metro — warehouses included; some of this work only makes sense standing on the floor. For agencies and remote-friendly projects we work nationally, and the white-label practice has never needed a plane ticket.
