Questions we get

Before you hit send

How quickly will you respond?

Within one business day, and usually faster. If it's urgent, call us — the number on this page reaches the team doing the work, not an answering service.

What does the free assessment actually include?

A real look at your systems and a prioritized roadmap: what's at risk, what it would take to fix, and what order we'd do it in. No cost, no obligation, and the roadmap is yours to keep whether or not you hire us.

What should I put in the message?

Plain language is fine — describe what's slow, broken, or worrying, and roughly what it runs on. Name the language if you know it — Python, Java, C#, COBOL, whatever it is; if you don't, that's fine too. For logistics work, name the platforms involved (WMS, TMS, ERP) and the trading partners in play. You don't need a spec or a budget yet.

Do you only work with Houston-area companies?

We're based in Houston and work on-site across the Greater Houston metro — warehouses included. For remote-friendly projects like integrations, modernization, and white-label agency work, we work nationally.

Can we sign an NDA before getting into details?

Yes, and usually as written — mutual or one-way. We're happy to sign before the first technical call so you can describe the real situation instead of a sanitized version of it. Mention it in the form and we'll sort it out first.

What happens after I hit send?

Your message goes straight to the engineering team's inbox — there's no sales queue. We read it, reply within one business day, and the first call is about understanding the problem, not pitching you.
