Who qualifies

Free from us
- LLC formation: we prepare and file your new Texas LLC's Certificate of Formation with the Secretary of State. When every owner is an honorably discharged veteran, the state waives its filing fee too. Starting a business
- Five years of no franchise tax, claimed for you: we help you request your free Veteran Verification Letter from the Texas Veterans Commission, prepare the Comptroller's Certification of New Veteran-Owned Business (Form 05-904), and file both with the formation, so the fee waiver and the five-year franchise tax exemption attach. Free from Texas and the federal government
These are yours by law and free to claim, but none of them claim themselves. Our free LLC formation claims the first two for you.
- No state filing fee for a new Texas business owned entirely by honorably discharged veterans
- No Texas franchise tax for that business's first five years
- Free help from the Texas Veterans Commission: one-on-one consultations through its Veteran Entrepreneur Program, and the Veteran Verification Letter the fee waiver depends on
- Free contracting certifications: SBA VetCert for federal set-aside contracts, and Texas VetHUB for service-disabled veteran owners selling to state agencies
Hosting and business email
We offer both. Website hosting, plus business email on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, set up in your name and billed to you, with us as a collaborator you can remove. Bring the domain you already own, or we register one for you in your name.
15% off your first project
The first paid project, in any of our practices:
- The rest of the launch: domain, business email, hosting setup, Google Business Profile and analytics, after the free formation. Starting a business
- IT support: Microsoft 365, the network, servers and backups, and the help desk. On a managed IT agreement, the discount covers the first three months. IT services
